Key Account Manager (m/f/x)

We are searching for a Key Account Manager for our affiliated company Amphenol Mobile Connector Solutions Co., Ltd.

Your tasks

  • Develop and increase business with existing and prospective customers in e-bike field
  • Collect and analyze market related information, such as market trends, competition
  • Doing sales to reach company profit and growth targets, annual sales budget
  • Prepare reports and tracking documents relative to meeting performance goals, forecasting business levels, identifying new opportunities, and implementing programs
  • Proactive actions to track the overall demand forecast and increase our product availability to strategic account
  • Suggest technical solutions to the customer and the R&D-team at the factory

Your profile

  • Bachelor or higher education degree with mechanical or precision engineering
  • 10+ years working experience as design engineer or industrial engineer preferably in sales
  • Good knowledge of the interconnect industry
  • Willing to travel to customers in Europe and the factory in China and work under different culture
  • Experience in Multi-national markets such as North America, EMEA and/or APAC
  • interest in biking
  • Located in Germany
  • Understand E-bike’s structure and functionality
  • Excellent English skills, preferably comprehensive skills in German and Chinese
  • Basic financial knowledge or interesting to gain knowledge of corporate financial is a plus
  • Active in a social association for sports or music or church or similar working with people
